Max Hoberman, VP of Internal Operations
Known for his significant contributions to the gaming industry, Hoberman founded Austin-based video game studio Certain Affinity in 2006 and has worked on AAA franchises such as Halo and Call of Duty. His studio has been lead or co-developer on 31 products across 13 franchises with combined sales of more than 100 million units.
Hoberman will leverage his intimate experience with resettlement, both as a volunteer with Refugee Services of Texas and as the husband of an immigrant—his wife was granted asylum in the United States—to help RST navigate uncharted waters as the agency expands in early 2022.
