Danielle Gantt, Director of Finance, establishes compliance with all federal funding,
adherence to GAAP, acts as the main point of contact for audits, and reports financial
information to the finance committee and the board of directors. She ensures RST is
being a good steward of resources and provides budgeting and forecasting to help
render the sustainability of RST and assist in agency strategic planning.
Danielle comes to RST with over 11 years of non-profit experience and 16 years of accounting
experience. She spent 4 years as an instructor for one of the leading software
providers for the non-profit sector and several years as a consultant including time
at a CPA firm assisting Non-profits with accounting finance, best practices, and
streamlining of process improvements. Danielle has a diverse nonprofit background,
having worked in development as Donor Services Manager and most recently holding
the position of Financial Planning & Budgeting, Accounting Operations Manager at a
national non-profit focused on STEM Education. Danielle got her start in government
but developed a passion for non-profit when she was in high school while volunteering
for Ronald McDonald house which resulted in a scholarship.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M Commerce and an undergraduate degree in business. She strongly believes in the "putting a company’s people first, as they are the biggest advocates for RST and its clients."
